Aine McNicholl, Core Services Director
Started 2017
"I joined CFM in 2017 as a Graduate Building Surveyor after completing my Masters at Queens University. Despite no prior industry experience, mentorship and diverse on-site and office exposure enabled my progression to Project Manager. After completing the Graduate Programme, I pursued CIOB chartership and am now a Chartered Construction Manager."

Amy Mulholland, Higher Level Apprentice
Started 2022
"I joined CFM in 2022 after completing my Foundation Degree in Construction Engineering with Surveying. Now I'm pursuing a Quantity Surveying degree at Ulster University as a higher-level apprentice. I've grown from a novice to having a solid grasp of industry terms and practices.
The apprenticeship is great - I get hands-on experience at CFM while furthering my education at uni."

Eugene Lynn, Operations Manager
