At CFM, we are proud to have an award-winning, state-of-the-art training academy dedicated to nurturing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Our in-house facility provides a unique off-site learning environment where apprentices gain hands-on experience in bespoke work booths designed to replicate real residential properties. Here, they develop practical skills in kitchen fitting, bathroom installation, window and door fitting, roofing, heating systems, and more. Under the expert supervision of experienced tradespeople, our apprentices build confidence and competence, ensuring they are fully prepared to excel in their roles.
