Apprentices Achievements

We are incredibly proud of our talented apprentices who have recently achieved significant milestones.

Morgan Finney, our apprentice plumber, represented Northern Regional College and CFM in the 2024 NI Skills Build Final for Plumbing. Competing against 12 of the top apprentices, Morgan showcased his exceptional skills and secured an impressive 3rd place! This accomplishment marks his second consecutive podium finish in the Northern Ireland Finals, highlighting his consistency and dedication to excellence.

In another remarkable achievement, Matthew Duffy, a joinery apprentice with CFM, was honoured with the prestigious title of Joinery Apprentice of the Year at the Craft Training Annual Awards.

Matthew’s dedication, hard work, and exceptional craftsmanship have set him apart in the field of joinery, earning him this well-deserved recognition.

These achievements are a testament to the commitment, talent, and hard work of our apprentices. We are immensely proud of Morgan and Matthew for their outstanding performances and for representing CFM with such distinction. Their success stories inspire all of us and underscore the importance of nurturing and supporting young talent within our organisation.
