We are thrilled to honour and recognise our incredible team members who have reached significant milestones in their journey at CFM.

This month we celebrated 200+ years’ service with 18 CFM team members, gathering as a team to celebrate their outstanding commitment and dedication.

Amongst these team members, 4 individuals celebrated 20+ incredible years with CFM:

- Connor McCann: Head of Operations: 20 years

- Connor McDonnell: Joiner: 20 years

- David Mark Adams: Heating Engineer: 20 years 

Their hard work, passion, and dedication have undoubtedly played a significant role in
shaping our shared growth and success. Each one of them has gone above and
beyond, embodying our values and making a lasting impact.

Our team members are critical to our success, and we are delighted to have the
