CFM's Annual Apprenticeship Team Building Day 2025

A great day was had at CFM as we hosted our annual Apprenticeship Team Building Day! Our mix of trades & higher-level apprentices came together for a day designed to encourage teamwork, strengthen connections, and celebrate their contribution to not just CFM, but the industry as a whole. 

Most importantly, the day was about having fun, building a sense of belonging, and showing our appreciation for the dedication and talent our apprentices bring to CFM.

We’re proud to invest in the next generation and committed to creating opportunities for growth, learning, and connection. A big thank you to all who took part, we’re already looking forward to the next one!
