CFM Host Community Information Day

CFM, in collaboration with our client Northern Ireland Housing Executive, and alongside the Carson Project were delighted to host a ‘Community Information Day’ in Ballymena, a day that served as a platform to enlighten residents about upcoming planned works.

Works are underway by CFM to complete External Cyclical Maintenance to 1,700 NIHE properties across the Mid and East Antrim area, where properties are set to benefit from upgrades to roofs, external walls, fencing, paths, communal areas and much more.

These extensive works are set to enhance the overall quality and longevity of housing infrastructure in the area, ensuring safer, more resilient, and aesthetically pleasing residences for the tenants. As part of this information day, the tenants enjoyed a raffle followed by a site visit to view the works first hand.

This live ECM project is one of many underway by CFM, where we are set to complete external cyclical maintenance upgrade works to 6,500 Nr properties throughout 2024. We look forward to working alongside our clients to deliver these works inline with our vision of 'supporting the lives of 1 million people, by maintaining and regenerating PLACES, ensuring our operations create a sustainable PLANET for tomorrow.'
