CFM is committed to breaking down the perceived biases that exist in the construction industry. We recognise that women make up only 14% of the construction workforce and just 2% of onsite roles. This is unacceptable, and we're dedicated to changing that.

We believe in the power of diversity and inclusivity and strive to make them a part of everything we do. That's why we champion, encourage, and support each other to be #strongertogether.

Last week we took time out to thank the team of wonderful ladies at CFM who play a key role in driving and delivering our vision and success. We're proud to share some of the stories and experiences of the amazing women across CFM. With construction being the perceived male dominated industry it is, it’s refreshing to see the CFM females challenging this bias daily.
