Director Appointment

As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re delighted to announce two board-level appointments, with Aine Mc Nicholl MCIOB and Ryan McShane joining us as Directors at this pivotal and exciting time. Both appointments align perfectly with our ongoing commitment to delivering our vivid vision.

Aine McNicholl takes up the role of Core Services Director. Aine joined CFM in 2017 as a  Building Surveyor and has since held various roles, leading and developing teams across CFM. She is the ideal person to lead our critical Core Services (SHEQ, Bid, Procurement, Commercial) functions. Aine has proven to be a strategic thinker, an excellent operator, and an exceptional role model for CFM.

Ryan McShane, who joined the business earlier this year, takes up the role of Operations Director. Ryan will oversee operations across our three business units: React & Maintain, Build & Regenerate, and Mechanical & Electrical divisions. With previous experience as an Operations and Project Director delivering construction and fit-out projects across the UK and  Ireland, Ryan brings a wealth of industry expertise to the business.

There is no better time to welcome both Aine and Ryan to the Board, as we recognise and celebrate 50 successful and prosperous years in business.
