It’s been a busy week for #TeamCFM, our teams have been hitting the road and attending local schools and colleges to spread the word about the incredible opportunities apprenticeships offer!

At CFM we're passionate about nurturing talent and empowering the next generation to kickstart their careers. With over 40 apprentices currently thriving here at CFM, we understand first hand the value and impact of hands-on learning experiences.

Today we rounded off the week by hosting our own Apprentice Celebration & Appreciation Day, where our apprentices came together for a day of celebration, engagement, Teamship and fun.
