Reflecting on a Year of Achievement and Anticipating a Remarkable 2024

In recent weeks, we've had the pleasure of hosting our annual Christmas team engagement events across our various site. During these gatherings, we took the opportunity to reflect on the year almost complete, the milestones achieved and exceeded, and the impact we have made as one team, while united in our vision to positively support the lives of 1 million PEOPLE by 2031’.

Central to our values is the well-being of our team members. It was a privilege to welcome Shannon from Aware NI a leading mental health charity, who shared invaluable insights on the importance of holistic health, with particular focus on mental well-being—an aspect often overlooked.

We look ahead with excitement to what will be an incredible 2024 as we gear up to commemorate our 50th year in business. Celebrating with our teams, their families, and our extended supply chain, we're preparing for an extraordinary and unforgettable year ahead.
