Work Placements Opportunities With CFM

At CFM we understand the importance in providing valuable work placement opportunities to those within our communities to boost their confidence and practical skills needed to work within the industry and enhance their ability to secure long term employment.

We were delighted to partner with North West Regional College earlier in the year as part of their ‘Labour Market Partnership Construction Academy’ to offer a practical work placement for Abdul.

This course is designed to help individuals develop the skills required for employment within the construction industry, building on their confidence before entering the world of work.
