CFM successfully completed the replacement of defective fire alarm and emergency lighting systems across the three distinct sections of Clifton House, ensuring the safety and compliance of this historic and multi-functional site. The project involved the installation of a state-of-the-art GENT fire alarm system, which included the integration of over 100 new smoke and heat detectors. To ensure seamless operation and coverage, the system was equipped with a main control panel and two repeater panels strategically placed within the premises.
Clifton House serves a diverse range of purposes, housing a care and support scheme for individuals with specific needs, a residential living scheme, and a heritage center that welcomes visitors to explore its rich history.
