In 2022, CFM was appointed by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive to deliver External Cyclical Maintenance (ECM) works to 255 properties, 2 shells, and 13 garages in the Causeway Area as part of Lot 6 North Region.

Scope of Work: The comprehensive ECM works include:

  • Overhaul of rainwater goods, including renewals to ensure proper drainage.
  • Overhaul of external doors and windows, including necessary joinery repairs and renewals.
  • Decoration of external elevations, along with associated joinery and carpentry repairs or renewals.
  • Decoration of internal communal shared areas, such as hallways and stairways.
  • Additional works of renewal, improvement, or repair not directly linked to cyclical redecoration.
  • Provision of access to external elevations in line with current Health and Safety regulations.

A signed copy of the NI10 form will be displayed in the site office, adhering to all compliance requirements.

Project Duration: 52 weeks

These works improved the safety, appearance, and functionality of the properties and communal areas, benefiting both residents and the surrounding environment.
