Springvale Boiler House Refurbishment

CFM completed a boiler house upgrade at Springvale Fold in Belfast for Radius Housing, replacing the previous boilers, which were over 30 years old, along with all controls and pipework. This work was carried out in the height of winter, necessitating the installation and operation of a temporary boiler house to prevent any loss of heat and hot water during the installation.
