CFM provide an ‘All Trades’ property maintenance solution for Social and Private Housing, Care Homes and Community Centres throughout the country. We fully understand the importance of managing the well-being and health and safety of residents and communities at all times and we have particular expertise in working within occupied buildings where people continue to live during maintenance and refurbishment works (we can also fully facilitate decant when major works are being completed).

CFM currently undertake all trades response and preventative maintenance contracts on behalf of a number of social housing providers in Northern Ireland and we have undertaken simultaneous contracts of this nature covering 15,000 homes. We have the necessary resources to deal with over 1000+ repair requests per week and on a 24//365 basis.
