CFM were appointed by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council to their 2020 Building Framework to carry our repairs, maintenance and minor works projects to the councils estates across a 2 year period.

This requires the provision of approximately 70 buildings across the Borough Area, ranging from Public Conveniences to large Leisure Centre’s and Administrative Centre’s.

These works will include building maintenance to their estates, and will comprise of minor works projects, ranging from refurbishment, planned upgrade works both internal and external, alongside delivery of specialist works.

CFM have renewed our position on this contract, having been appointed to it previously in 2018. Since then CFM have completed many internal and external minor works projects improving and upgrading the councils estates.
