We develop services which are tailored exactly to our clients’ needs and deliver these using our own directly employed, full time workforce and a large in-house call centre which operates on a 24/7/365 basis.
We use the latest Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software to plan and coordinate service delivery which requires the highly accurate allocation of large numbers of multi-disciple operatives within agreed timescales and across wide geographic regions.
Our model is based on self-delivery except for highly specialist works and this enables us to deliver all aspects of building fabric, mechanical and electrical maintenance. We also understand the critical importance of compliance with current health and safety legislation to our client’s operations and we work in partnership with them to develop rigorous regimes for testing and inspection to ensure statutory compliance at all times.
