Apex - Boiler Upgrades

CFM were appointed by Apex Housing in May 2018 to replace all old oil fired boilers with gas fired condensing boilers, or oil condensing boilers and associated works at Glendale Park, Glendale Gardens, Glendale Drive & Glendale Road, Derry/Londonderry. The works were carried out to a mixed portfolio of 110 residential properties including one, two and three storey houses, flats and apartments.
These heating installations & up grades to properties within the Glendale estate, Derry allowed for:

• 93 Gas heating Installations
• 17 Oil heating installations.

Full scope of services/works associated with this boiler replacement scheme included surveying of existing heating systems, installation of new oil and gas heating systems, electrical alterations, installation of replacement smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, replacement of oil storage tank with new bunded storage tank, minor building works, followed by testing, commissioning and certifying of the new systems.

These works were complete within live properties, where minimal disruption and the safety of the tenants remained key.

These works were successfully complete within a carefully executed programme.
