Works include replacement roofs, Gas Heating Installations, electrical rewires/upgrades, fitting of new kitchens, front doors and windows, external cyclical maintenance and decoration.
Works shall be undertaken in live environments and have been carefully planned into an 18 week programme to minimise disruption to the buildings occupants.
