CFM are delighted to have recently been appointed on “Fusion 21’s” Construction Works and Improvements Framework for Northern Ireland. Going live on April 1st, this framework offers a range of internal and external refurbishment and improvement works to public sector bodies including housing providers, local authorities, education institutions and healthcare organisations. These works include regeneration programmes, modernization and upgrade works, plus construction and design works.
CFM were successful on Lot 1 (Internal & External Works), and Lot 2 (Internal & External Works with Construction) of this framework.
The framework provides Fusion 21 public sector clients value for money, streamline price models, flexible call-off process and social value outcomes.
