Apprentices from each of our operational depots recently visited our in-house training academy at our Mid Ulster depot to take part in an apprentice training day. This training academy comprises of practical training rooms, allowing for on site fit out projects delivered by our trade apprentices, carefully mentored and coached by CFM senior trade personnel. The day also involved facilitating some E-Learning, covering vital topics such as asbestos awareness, manual handling along with company specific training.
In addition to their individual training programs all apprentices have an appointed mentor who works closely with them to ensure all their training needs are met and recorded via our structured mentoring framework.
