CFM are awarded Belfast Area Framework Building Major Adaptations, involving the building of extensions onto NIHE homes creating larger living spaces and improving general needs for people with Disabilities. CFM has successfully been carrying out this ADP contract to the North East Region since 2010.  Disabled Adaptations can range from a simple ground-floor bathroom to full extensions to existing buildings, new foundations, through-floor lifts and level-access showers.  We are proud of our record in providing these services to vulnerable persons in Northern Ireland.
