CFM Awarded Contract for FM and Minor Building Works for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service

CFM are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to Lot 3 for Minor Building Works, along with placement on the Lot 1 & 2 frameworks of Response and Planned Preventative Maintenance for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service.

The contract was split into three lots, covering the NIFRS estate across the North and South of Northern Ireland. In addition to Building maintenance and improvement works these contracts will also see the delivery of specialist M&E along with full range of hard FM services.

CFM very much look forward to working with the NIFRS on these future projects.
