CFM have recently been awarded a further contract with Apex Housing for oil to gas conversions to several of their multiple occupancy residential properties throughout the West. These works include but are not limited to; disconnection and removal of redundant systems, natural gas installations, modifications to controls installations, electrical services installations, flame and smoke sealing, followed by testing and commissioning.
These facilities are home to vulnerable tenants, during these works CFM ensure that ultimate care is taken to guarantee the residents safety and privacy at all times.
Works are ongoing set to be complete by the end of May.
