CFM Awarded place on Derry City & Strabane Councils Framework for Maintenance Contractors

CFM have recently been appointed to Derry City & Strabane District Council Mechanical and building maintenance frameworks. These three year contracts involve planned and unplanned works, comprising of PPM/servicing, refurbishment and fit outs, maintenance and repairs to their portfolio of 125 buildings consisting of civic, amenity and leisure centers, parks and public areas.

We look forward to working alongside the Derry city & Strabane District Council on these frameworks.
