CFM celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2021. 

CFM’s apprenticeship strategy is a key focus to ensure we #BuildTheFuture. We encourage, attract and recruit young people into the industry, bringing with them enthusiasm, innovation and fresh ideas.

Despite these unprecedented times, CFM on-boarded 7 trades apprentices in September 2020 with the opening of our new operational base in Mallusk. Our team of 20 dedicated trades apprentices help us deliver best in class province wide maintenance and repairs.

A few of our new apprentices have shared their thoughts and experience to date on their apprenticeship path within CFM.
