CFM have just completed and handed over the last of 521 properties, which were part of an External Cyclical Maintenance Improvements Program across the Coleraine area.
The project commenced in February 2019 and works included external decorations to property envelopes, roof cleaning, replacement doors and windows, concrete paths, new fencing and painting improvements to existing boundary fencing.
CFM performed the role of principal contractor and designer working closely with our client to deliver these much-needed external upgrade works which have greatly improved the external aesthetics of these communities which allows the residents to appreciate and enjoy.
It’s always nice to receive positive feedback from our customers with one resident commenting “These works have made my home and the area look much nicer and the workmen completed the works at my property in a respectful and tidy manner. All involved were really pleasant and friendly”.
Our planned maintenance teams are currently on site carrying out similar projects throughout 14 towns across Northern Ireland at present.
