In January 2019 we held our annual Companywide Business Review/Stakeholder Engagement events.
Key themes of this year’s events were further developing the CFM culture of inclusiveness, higher purpose and leadership. We reflected on the highlights of 2018, while reviewing our “Vision 2022, shoot for the stars” goals and business plan.
The Engagement Events also saw the launch of our “Restore” annual calendar Health & Wellbeing planned initiatives. We recognise our responsibility to provide employees, supply chain and local community guidance and support in promoting health and wellbeing at work and home.
Our ultimate aim is to empower our employees to be actively engaged in maintaining and improving their own wellbeing through our “Restore” strategy. We hope 2019 is as exciting and eventful as 2018, while acknowledging we must continue to develop, evolve and improve individually and collectively.
