CFM RENEW MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH ANTRIM & NEWTOWNABBEY BOROUGH COUNCIL

Following competitive tender CFM are delighted to have renewed our Mechanical Maintenance contract with the Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, for both planned and reactive maintenance throughout the council’s estates.

This 5 year contract covers servicing and repairs of oil fired, natural gas, biomass heating systems, controls, smoke vents, swimming pool plant, plumbing and HVAC. This requires the provision of approximately 70 buildings across the Borough, ranging from public conveniences to large leisure centers and civic buildings.

We are pleased to continue our long standing partnership with Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council and look forward to servicing this contract.
