Last week we welcomed members from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, the Central Housing Forum, Supporting Communities and NIHE tenant representatives to our Mid Ulster depot for a tour of our bespoke training facilities and an overview of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, where we actively target and engage with the communities of which we service.
CFM have invested significantly in our bespoke training facilities, which helps support our new multi skilled apprenticeship in Maintenance Operations, alongside cross-skilling existing staff and our E learning platform. CFM are fully committed to further developing relationships with our local communities where our ongoing CSR initiatives support and provide assistance to those most in need.
Many of our initiatives are supported by the NIHE and we look forward to further developing these alongside the NIHE and Supporting Communities to deliver long term benefits.
