CFM in partnership with our training provider the North West Regional College (NWRC) were thrilled to pick up the award for "Best Apprenticeship Scheme" last week at the UK NHMF awards in Birmingham.
This award recognises CFM as having one of the best apprenticeship schemes across the UK, with particular recognition given to our new apprenticeship route in 'Maintenance Operations'.
Our joint partnership with the NWRC has allowed for innovative thinking and developments across our training academy, which allows us to offer our apprentices a training route that is truly unique.
We are very passionate about training our people and want to ensure that our apprentices get the best possible start to their careers. We are delighted to be recognised as a leader in delivering training excellence within the UK.
