NIFRS - FM & Minor Works

CFM were awarded a contract for FM & Minor Building Works for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service. We have been appointed to Lot 3 for Minor Building Works, along with placement on the Lot 1 & 2 frameworks of Response and Planned Preventative Maintenance.

The contract has been split into three lots, covering the NIFRS estate across the North and South of Northern Ireland. In addition to Building maintenance and improvement works these contracts will also see the delivery of specialist M&E works along with a full range of hard FM services.
