NIHE - MIS Contract

CFM were appointed by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in 2016 to their Maintenance and Improvement Contract for two Lots across Northern Ireland, the South Lot covering the areas of Armagh, Banbridge, Magherafelt, Cookstown, Dungannon, Omagh & Fermanagh, and their North Lot covering Strabane, Derry City, Limavady, Ballymoney & Ballycastle. Contract was for an initial 4 year with option to extend up to a maximum of 10 years.

The Housing Executive, in its role as a social landlord, manages approximately 86,000 homes across Northern Ireland. This contract award requires the maintenance and improvement services to circa 28,000 properties across Northern Ireland and across their entire portfolio of properties ranging from 2 story detached and semi-detached houses, bungalows, high rise flats, office buildings, garages and community centers.

Works range from building, mechanical, electrical response maintenance repairs, 24/7/365 emergency response, cyclical servicing, disabled adaptations, change of tenancies and larger planned improvement works, asbestos removals, civil engineering works. 

This contract is in adherence to strip KPI’s to ensure its successful delivery along with fulfillment of in depth social clauses and CSR activity in local communities.
