Radius - M&E Contract

CFM is set to further grow its Mechanical and Electrical services and capabilities throughout Northern Ireland following Radius Housing appointment of CFM as main contractor entrusted with the Facilities Management, Planned Preventative Maintenance and servicing of their Mechanical, Electrical assets throughout its stock of properties, sheltered housing, hostels and foyers, offices and all communal facilities.

Radius Housing are one of Northern Ireland's largest Housing Association managing a portfolio of 12,000 properties across 80 towns in Northern Ireland. In 2017, Fold and Helm Housing merged to incorporate Radius housing who now provide housing, care and support to over 33,000 homes.

This new M&E contract is Radius first contract where they have entrusted one service provider to deliver fully integrated services across its entire stock of ex Fold and Helm properties.
