CFM were appointed by Triangle Housing to complete external restoration works to one of their listed building in Coleraine.

These works entailed thermal upgrade works to the roof, full replacement of Bangor Blue slates, decorative timber repairs an associated internal remedial improvement works.

This building remained live throughout the duration of the works, therefore excellent sequencing and planning of works was paramount to ensuring minimal disruption for the occupants who continue to live and work in the property.

We successfully achieved this by providing superior supervision and client liaison throughout the entire restoration programme.
