CFM have been providing apprenticeship opportunities for 40+ years.

Our award-winning training academy, which launched in 2017, provides best in class training facilities for new and existing staff.

Our academy is a standalone facility based at our Mid Ulster Depot. Our academy is comprised of training classrooms, E-learning studios and practical training work booths across covering all areas of maintenance and fit-out.

Our academy focuses on the development of staff across various routes including trades apprenticeships, higher level apprenticeships and graduate development programmes.

It also supports the up-skilling of existing staff. As a valued member of the team you will progress your career through personal development opportunities and have access to professional and technical training.

We view our academy as in investment in our people. We recognise the importance of training and development of all staff, and of all levels. Our bespoke training facility, ensures that we have a qualified and experienced workforce to help deliver our vision.
